Q-Zorb RFSW表面波吸波材料是一种薄的磁性填充的弹性体片材,专门为高入射角的表面波的衰减而设计。一般制成厚度0.015"-0.125"(0.4mm-3.2mm)。
弹性体基体可以选择如高温环境使用的硅胶、耐油的腈和商用的天然胶。磁性填充剂有标准填充剂羰基铁粉未和耐腐蚀的FeSi等。对于商用设备可选UL阻燃材料。R&F可以提供冲切的片材,也提供带压敏胶的产品。有一般大小为24"*24"(609.6mm*609.6mm)的片材,也可以按客户要求提供不同尺寸和模塑制品。
表面波吸波材料用于降低机壳内微波共振和微波腔的“Q”值,也可有效地隔离底板和天线。Q-Zorb可用于电路板屏蔽和其它形式的EMI屏蔽以增强在2-40GHz的屏蔽效能。
